Singapore: 

1.) Qxpress (with tracking): $3.75

     1-3 Business Days, tracking link will be sent via the email given

2.) Ultra Express Same Day/Next Day Delivery (SMS Tracking):$15.00 SGD

     * Same day shipping for orders before 1:00 PM Singapore time.

     * Next day shipping for orders made after 1:00PM Singapore time.

     * Subject to availability (will not show up as an option if not available).

3.) Pickup @ Orchard MRT Station (free)

     * once your order has been made, we will email you regarding pick up time

     * Please DM or email us if urgent!

     * Please note pickup location will strictly be at Orchard MRT station

-FREE on orders $200 and up!

Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam:

1.) International Mail : $5 SGD

     4-7 Business Days

Some countries have customs taxes and duties. BabeCave has no control over that and is not responsible for any taxes that might occur as duty. We do recommend checking with your local postal services to see if this might apply to you. 

BabeCave is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to BabeCave for any reason will be subject to a returned charge of courier cost and a re-sending fee.

When will my order ship?

We will take 1-3 business days (M-F) to process and pack the order. 

Once packed, we will ship out ASAP and email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once order has been shipped, we send out an email containing the courier information and tracking #.

I made a mistake! Can I change my order?

Please email us ASAP at babecavebatik@gmail.com. Once shipment has been shipped out, we unfortunately can't do anything other than treat it as an exchange. 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't do returns however we do offer exchanges for sizing and store credit!

We do not offer free shipping for your exchanges. It would be best to send it back through insured/trackable mail. BabeCave is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, BabeCave will pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.

Please contact us ASAP if you need help figuring out your size. We will do our best to find the perfect one for you.

For Exchanges, please contact us within 7 days receiving your order. Email us at babecavebatik@gmail.com to issue an exchange.

- Please leave all tags on. We don't take back any clothes without the original tags still on.

- Please have the clothes in the condition it arrived in. That means no stains, unwashed and in zip bag

On the email, please put heading as EXCHANGE and email your:

-NAME

-ORDER # 

-NAME OF ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT AND SIZES

For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, returns are accepted only if the item is received faulty.

I didn't receive my package....

Once shipment is out, refer to the email that has been sent out regarding the shipment details. Call the courier company and alert them of the issue. Please email us at babecavebatik@gmail.com if the issue is not being resolved with the courier company.
